Appellate Division, First Department and the Assigned Counsel Plan for the First Department

CLE Programs – Fall 2018

All courses are transitional, provide two (2) MCLE credits, and are held Thursday evenings from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the New York County Supreme Court, 111 Centre Street, 11th Floor Jury Room.

Members of the Assigned Counsel Plan, city, state, federal employees and non-profit or legal service providers are admitted free of charge. For all others, the cost is $20.00 payable by check or cash at the door.  Checks are payable to:  Appellate Division, First Department.

CLE regulations prohibit us from awarding partial credit; you must arrive on time and stay for the duration of the lecture.
