Discussion of the important changes to housing court procedure and substantive law enacted in the 2019 Rent Law amendments, and likely issues for litigation under the new laws

The discussion will be from 2 pm - 5 pm, followed by a celebration of the passage of the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019 from 5 pm - 6 pm.
