Please join NYC Department of Records and Information Services/Municipal Archives for a screening of nine never-before-seen surveillance films, followed by an exclusive Question & Answer session. Explore a turbulent era in the history of New York City (and the country as a whole) through surveillance films captured by the New York Police Department (NYPD). The films documents the Civil Rights movement and the end of segregation, the Hard Hat Riots and Vietnam War protest movements.
