RADICAL LITIGATION
November 5th & November 6th, 2020

A CLE (Continuing Legal Education) program that will focus on building the skills and knowledge necessary to embrace a movement lawyering approach in litigation, specifically in the areas of criminal justice reform.  

Nov. 5: 3 CLE credits in Areas of Professional Practice - non transitional/transitional (attorneys admitted less than two-years)
Nov. 6 : 2 credits in Areas of Professional Practice and 1 CLE credit in Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias - non-transitional only.

The CLE will begin promptly at 1:30pm and will end at 5:30pm both days.

Live Webinar Format/ Under CLE regulations, credit will be offered only to those attorneys completing the entire program on Nov. 5 or Nov. 6; attorneys attending only part of the program are not eligible for CLE credit. Attorneys who register and arrive late are welcome to attend the program, but will NOT be eligible for CLE credit.  Once registered, attendees will receive a link to register via Zoom and a link to course materials. Certificates will be sent following the programs.
